Frequently asked questions
Does it work for any sport?
Yes. Soccer, basketball, hockey, gymnastics, climbing, or a multi-sport camp: each camp is a program with its own dates, ages, price, and capacity.
Can families register for more than one week at a time?
Yes. Families add each athlete and each week they want, then pay once for the whole order.
Can coaches see their roster?
Yes. Add your coaches and assign them to camps. Each coach sees the athletes in their camps, with allergies and medical notes.
How do families pay?
By card at checkout, through Stripe, and the money goes to your own Stripe account. On a Stripe account you connect through Campix, each payment is paid out 14 days after it is made, and payouts run daily. A payment received by cheque or e-transfer can be marked as paid by hand.
What does it cost?
Start on the free plan. Online payments carry a platform fee that is lower on paid plans, plus Stripe’s processing fee. The pricing page has the numbers.
