Frequently asked questions
Does Campix replace our registration system?
It can. Campix includes online registration, payments, and waivers. To keep your current system, import your campers and use Campix for check-in, pickup, and attendance only, on the Team plan and up.
Does it work with EZFacility, CampBrain, or Amilia?
Yes, on the Team plan and up. Import your campers from a CSV export of any of them. Keep that platform for registration and billing, and use Campix for check-in, pickup, and live attendance.
Can multiple staff check campers in at the same time?
Yes. Any staff account can check campers in from any device, and bulk check-in covers a whole bus or group at once. Every action is timestamped and attributed to the staff member who did it.
What do we need to run check-in at the door?
A phone, tablet, or computer with a web browser. Staff sign in, and on the Team plan and up, a tablet at the door can run the self-serve kiosk.
Is pickup verification required, or optional?
It is optional, and you turn it on in Settings. You can require the collecting adult’s name to be on the authorized pickup list, and add a family PIN or a signature.
