Which plan fits your season?
Registration limits reset on the first of each month, so count the registrations in your busiest month, usually the one when registration opens.
Solo
Up to 50 registrations in your busiest month and 100 children on file, at one location. Fits a first program or one small session.
Team
Up to 300 registrations in your busiest month, at up to 2 locations. Also the plan for keeping your current registration tool and running check-in and pickup in Campix.
Multi-site
Up to 2,000 registrations in your busiest month, at up to 5 locations, with financial reports across all of them.
Network
More than 2,000 registrations in a month, or more than 5 locations.

Questions about plans and fees
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new organization gets a 30-day Team trial, no credit card required. When it ends, Team features stay on for 3 more days, then you move to Solo limits unless you upgrade. Take $1,000 in payments through Campix before you upgrade and we add 14 days to your trial, once.
How do payouts and fees work?
Payments route to your own Stripe account, so you control payouts directly. On a Stripe account you connect through Campix, each payment is paid out 14 days after it is made, and payouts run daily. Campix charges a platform fee on each transaction: 2% on Solo, 1.5% on Team, 1% on Multi-site, 0.5% on Network. Stripe charges its own processing fees, and you choose whether families or you cover them.
Can we take payments at registration?
Yes. Stripe payments are built in. You collect fees during registration and track what's paid, pending, or needs follow-up. Bulk payment reminders are available on Team plans and above.
Do you support multiple locations?
Yes. Create multiple locations under one organization, assign programs and staff to specific locations, and switch between them from the dashboard. Solo includes 1 location, Team 2, Multi-site 5, and Network unlimited.
Does Campix include an AI assistant?
Yes. CampMate answers questions about your programs in plain English: attendance counts, revenue, staffing, waitlist, unpaid registrations, and more. Team gets 200 messages per day, Multi-site 800, Network 5,000.
Can we export data?
Yes. On Solo you export campers and registrations as CSV. Team and above add programs, counselors, attendance, team, promo code, and activity log exports.
We only run in the summer. Do we pay all year?
No. Upgrade when registration opens and cancel when your season ends. Your account moves to Solo, and your families, programs and history stay in Campix. To pay once a year instead, choose yearly billing and save 17%.
What happens if I cancel?
No long-term contracts, cancel anytime from billing settings. Export everything you need before you cancel. After that, your account stays on Solo, where you can export campers and registrations as CSV.
